Rachel Rodriguez Rosen

Rachel Rodriguez Rosen has more than 34 years of experience in the practice of law and serves as managing shareholder of Cersonsky, Rosen & García. Rachel focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation; creditor’s rights, including enforcement of real and personal property liens; foreclosures; UCC law; banking; collection of promissory notes/guarantees and appellate law. In her practice, Rachel represents financial institutions and government agencies, including the collection, recovery and disposition of distressed debt from failed financial institutions.

Rachel has participated as legal counsel in matters resulting in published opinions at the Texas Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.

Rachel is a native of Cuba and graduated from South Texas College of Law with honors. After graduation, Rachel served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward D. Coulson and the Honorable Jimmy James at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
